CORNERMANAGER is born from the initiative of managers, with already many years of comproved work in the Restaurants Business, with the intent to help business owners in their economic and financial choices and, at the same time, help them with the operative efficency inside their business.

Inside a market that is getting every day more competitive these knowledges are vital for distinguishing from the competitors and for the the business survival.

Co-Founder & F&B Manager

Co-founder of CornerManager, builds his professionality gaining a master in Restaurant Cost Control and worked toghether with famous brands like Bulgari Hotels&Resorts, Tartufotto and Rigoni di Asiago.

Davide Pizzata

Co-Founder & F&B Manager

 Stretegic financial consultant. After degree, Master and NBA he is now project manager for clients as Costa Crociere, Vodafone, Unicredit. He is supporting th growth of CornerM.

His oriental origins, his passion and the continous formation permits him to develop unique proficiencies (competenze). Collaborates creating exclusive cocktails and starting up Amarican bars for CornerManager

Bar Manager

Visual and Photographer. She is taking care of famous brnds as KtichenAid and Alessi, continues to study photography and interiors, she helps CM taking care of Interior designs, Photos of menus or plates.

Visual e fotografa

HACCP and Food security consultant. Specialized in microbiologic food security and collaborates with CM in work security and courses on Food sanifications and HACCP.
